Why you got an email from Stayvane

Last updated .

You got an email because your short-term-rental listings are public, and a business contact address was published by your business online. We write one-to-one to hosts with 3 to 15 listings about a fee change that affects their payout. Reply "no thanks" or use the opt-out link and we stop the same day.

How did you find me?

We used two public sources. The first is listing data published by Inside Airbnb: listing names, prices, availability, review scores and host display names. The second is the business contact address that a host publishes on their own website, Google Business Profile or LinkedIn company page. We did not take anything from your host account.

Why did you write to me?

Airbnb and Vrbo changed their host fees in 2026. Hosts who did not adjust their prices can keep less of every night. We compared public snapshots of your listings and wrote to tell you what we saw, with an offer of a free audit. It is a commercial email, and the footer says so.

How do I stop the emails?

Reply "no thanks" or use the opt-out link at the bottom of any email, or go to the opt-out page. We honor opt-outs the same day. We keep your address on a suppression list only so we never write to you again.

Can you delete my data?

Yes. Email hello@stayvane.com and ask us to delete anything we hold about you, and we will. Our privacy page lists what we collect and why.

What do we not do?

We do not call or text you, and we do not message you through Airbnb. We do not ask for your password. We use honest subject lines. We do not use data brokers, directories or purchased lists, and we never guess an address.

Who is Stayvane?

Stayvane is a small remote back office for hosts with 3 to 15 listings. Stayvane is run by Yash Parihar, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Read more on the about page.

Curious what the email was about?

The audit it mentions is free and private. Paste your Airbnb link and your email, or ignore it and nothing happens.

Copy the address from your browser bar on your host profile or a listing.

Free. No password, no login, public data only. We use your email to send the audit and follow up on it, nothing else. Privacy
