About Stayvane
Stayvane is a small remote back office for US short-term-rental hosts with 3 to 15 listings. It is run from India by its founder, so US mornings start with prices already reviewed. We charge a flat monthly fee, never a share of bookings, and work only through access roles inside your own accounts.

Stayvane is a back office for hosts with 3 to 15 listings. We do the recurring desk work behind the listings: price changes after platform fee changes, a weekly listing health check, Vrbo and Booking.com admin, and a compliance calendar. Owners approve every change in their own accounts.
Who runs it, and where?
I'm Yash. I built the audit engine behind Stayvane and I do the work myself. I'm in India, which turns out to be useful: your morning is my evening, so prices get reviewed before your day starts. Calls are booked in US hours.
How is Stayvane paid?
Stayvane is paid a flat monthly fee, from $249 to $599 depending on the number of listings. We never take a share of bookings, and the fee never depends on revenue. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Where do the numbers come from?
Market figures come from public data published by Inside Airbnb under a CC BY 4.0 license. We compare the same listing across two snapshots and show our method and limits on how the audit works. Revenue figures are modeled estimates, not anyone's books.
What do we not do?
We do not message guests, hold money, enter or run properties, take a cut of bookings or ask for passwords, and we give no legal, tax or accounting advice. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or PriceLabs.
