  • Your pricing tool set up and tuned (PriceLabs or the one you have)

  • One-page monthly report

What else can you buy, and what stays separate?

The payout audit is free. A one-time fee reset costs $199 and is credited to month one if you later take a plan. A permit renewal pack costs $79 per permit, and you submit it yourself. Your pricing tool's own subscription stays yours and is billed by that tool.

What does the month-one guarantee cover?

If month one doesn't find at least our fee in recoverable revenue, month one is free. "Found" means changes you approved, with the before-and-after in your report. Our first three clients also get 30% off for three months in return for a short testimonial.

Is a plan worth the money?

Whether a plan pays for itself depends on how many of your prices moved when the fee did, so the audit comes first. As an illustration only, using the calculator's default inputs: 6 listings at $260 a night and 16 booked nights each earn about $25,000 a month. If 70% of bookings come through Airbnb and no price was raised, the fee change costs about $2,180 a month. Core costs $399, or about 1.6% of that revenue.

The figures above are a worked example, not a forecast. Your numbers depend on your prices, occupancy and channel mix. Move the sliders in the fee calculator to see yours.

How do you pay, and how do you cancel?

You pay in US dollars by a recurring bank transfer to our US account details, which is free for you, or by card. To cancel, reply to any email with 30 days' notice. We remove our access from every account within 48 hours and send you the full change log.

Who is a Stayvane plan not for?

A plan is not for hosts with one or two listings, where the free calculator and our guides cover most of the work. It is not for hosts who want guest messaging, cleaning or payouts handled, because we never do those. It is also built for portfolios of up to 15 listings. In North Carolina we keep to analytics and a compliance calendar, with no changes in your accounts.

Questions hosts ask

Hosts ask the questions below most often on this topic. Each answer is complete on its own, with the figure and the condition that changes it. We last checked them on October 23, 2026.

How much does Stayvane cost per month?

Starter is $249 for 3 to 5 listings, Core is $399 for 6 to 10, and Plus is $599 for 11 to 15. The fee is flat, never a share of bookings, and billed month to month.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee and no long contract. Plans are month to month and you cancel with 30 days' notice by replying to any email.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No. The fee never depends on bookings or revenue. A flat fee is part of how the service is designed to stay outside real-estate licensing; verify the rules for your state.

What if you do not find anything?

If month one does not find at least our fee in recoverable revenue, month one is free. Found means changes you approved, with the before-and-after in your report.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The payout audit uses public data, covers one portfolio, includes the two-snapshot price check, and arrives as a private page within one US business day.
