What we collect

Public listing data published by Inside Airbnb (listing names, prices, availability, review scores and host display names), business contact details that hosts publish on their own websites, and whatever you send us through our forms or by email. On the audit form that is your Airbnb link, your email and, if you choose to add them, your name, number of listings, market, how you set prices, where you are listed and a note.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare your audit and email it to you, to follow up on it, and to deliver our service to clients. Audit requests are not added to a newsletter. If you tick the box on our fee checklist page, we use your email only to tell you when a platform fee or rule changes, and every one of those emails has an opt-out. When you send a form, we also receive the first page you visited and the site or link that sent you (for example a UTM tag). Your browser keeps that in local storage, with no cookies and no advertising trackers, so we can tell which guide helped. We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

Opt out of email at any time on our opt-out page or by replying "no thanks". We keep your address on a suppression list only so we never write again. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.

Where it's stored

On Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Access is limited to us, with two-factor authentication.
